WEDDINGS & RENTALS

RENT OUR FACILITY 

Bradford UU's facility is a beautifully restored, 120-year-old church located in Kenosha’s historic Library Park District. It is available to be rented for weddings, funerals, memorial services and other events. The church is air-conditioned and handicapped accessible. Parking is available in the municipal lot north of the Church.

Bradford UU is LGBTQ Affirming and has been performing same and multi-gender wedding services for decades — help us celebrate our cardinal belief that Love is Love.

All services that take place in our sanctuary are able to be broadcast and archived via our

production partner LiveControl.io for an additional charge.

Bradford Sanctuary

  • ​Weddings - $1,000. Includes full day rental of sanctuary, dressing rooms, sound system and technician, piano, and prior time for rehearsal. Officiant and musician services are available but not included in rental.

  • Pledging members: no charge.​

  • Officiant fees for the Director of Community Worship, Patti Potter Fitchett: Start at $300.​

  • Musician fees: start at $250. 

​

Rental fee includes time the evening before the event for rehearsal and set up, the use of the

sound system and sound technician and separate bride's and groom's dressing rooms.
Rental fees may be waived or adjusted at the church’s discretion.

Our ministers are available to officiate, or you may use your own officiant. Ministerial fees are not included in the rental.

WEDDINGS & SERVICES OF UNION

​EVENT SPACE RENTAL FEES (non wedding)

  • Sanctuary/kitchen only: $200 for up to four hours, $400 for 4 -10 hours. 

  • Classrooms: $25/hour or $50 for up to four hours. 

  • Church or Committee-sponsored events: No charge.

  • Member-sponsored events: Donation for building use collected from participants.

 

Please Note:

Fees may be adjusted or waived by the minister or their representative. 

BCCUU reserves the right to prioritize building use for its mission and services and to decline any rental request. 

$100 deposit required with contract reservation. 

Payment in full is due 48 hours before the event unless other arrangements are approved. ​
